Position Overview:

The Credit Delivery team plays a crucial role in assessing and managing credit products for both new and existing clients. This position is essential in ensuring that client needs are met while adhering to effective risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and execute credit event processes, including underwriting, refinancings, and amendments within the assigned portfolio.
  2. Develop and apply analytical financial models, encompassing financial projections, discounted cash flow analysis, and valuation assessments.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis on companies and industries to support client engagements and risk mitigation efforts.
  4. Independently manage a smaller portfolio of clients, focusing on participations and investment-grade accounts with guidance from team leaders.
  5. Ensure timely completion of annual reviews, underwritings, and amendments to facilitate appropriate decision-making.
  6. Maintain ownership of quarterly risk ratings and ensure accurate processing within the portfolio.
  7. Demonstrate leadership by managing various projects and requests specific to assigned practice groups.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting and portfolio management.
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit analysis, financial modeling, and underwriting processes.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  5. Licenses: Series 79; Series 63; SIE.
