Job Summary:

The role of the Retail Store Team Member is crucial to our operational success. As a representative of our brand, you will engage with customers, facilitate transactions, and support the overall functioning of the store while prioritizing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly manner.
  2. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of store offerings and provide accurate information to customers.
  3. Utilize the Point of Sale system to process transactions efficiently.
  4. Prepare food items in accordance with established guidelines and in a timely fashion.
  5. Report any equipment issues to the Manager promptly.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, adhering to safety protocols.
  7. Ensure all products meet quality standards and are stocked appropriately.
  8. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
  9. Assist with general store operations, including maintaining a secure and clean environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience handling cash and operating a cash register with high accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
  • Capable of making sound decisions in various situations.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in various store functions.
