Job Description

Aureon Consulting is hiring a skilled CCM Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in SmartCOMM or similar platforms, as well as FileNet and SharePoint. They will also possess strong knowledge of scripting and automation tools, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain CCM systems, including SmartCOMM or similar platforms.
  • Manage and support FileNet and SharePoint environments to ensure seamless integration with CCM systems.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot CCM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement communication workflows and templates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administering CCM systems, specifically SmartCOMM or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of FileNet and SharePoint administration.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).

The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
