Pikemann LLC is seeking a Mission Designer to conceptualize and implement missions for a narrative-driven historical campaign that emphasizes player immersion and historical fidelity. As a Mission Designer, you will be integral to our team, merging creative insight with technical expertise to realize compelling missions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to establish the overarching narrative and pacing of each mission.
  • Thoroughly plan and document mission details.
  • Develop objectives and encounters, script mission sequences, and incorporate all mission elements.
  • Evaluate and refine missions based on player feedback from testing sessions.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Mission or Level Design.
  • Expertise in scripting with Unreal Engine 4.
  • Experience with First Person and Third Person shooter games.
  • Familiarity with AI scripting techniques.
