As a contributor within the Macro Helix Research and Development (R&D) team, you will manage and lead a collaborative and highly skilled team responsible for testing the quality of our Macro Helix 340B Application, an enterprise class 340B Management System, spanning a wide array of pharmaceutical functionality and diverse technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a diverse QA test automation & manual tester team to deliver high quality software that exceeds customer expectations

  • Handle all HR related functions needed to support your team and the McKesson goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years? experience in software and/or program testing and demonstrated leadership skills and 2+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.

Critical Skills

  • Leadership ? Guide and direct multiple QA professionals
  • Negotiation ? Set delivery expectations/timelines with other leaders.
  • Goal Setting ? Understanding project deliverables and help team understand their role in delivery.
  • Team Support ? Attend project meetings and provide direction to team members.
  • Grow team members ? Allow team members to grow and expand capabilities.
  • Experience testing large, complex, commercially available software solutions.
  • Ability to utilize diverse SDLC methodologies, including Agile Scrum methodology a plus
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing test automation across all testing levels.
  • Strong experience in a test management tool, like ALM or Qtest or something similar
  • Problem Solving ? devise different approaches to solve issues and task team to do the same.
  • Experience leading the development of test automation solutions within a quality assurance team.
