Job Summary: 1086 Wingstop is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, supervising employees, and ensuring excellent customer service.

About the Role: In this role, you will assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for training and developing employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience).
