About the PositionThis role involves providing clinical counseling services to clients, conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. You will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive support to individuals struggling with addiction. A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) are required for this role. Experience working with individuals with addiction and a commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Provide clinical counseling services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor client progress throughout treatment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Remuneration and BenefitsThis position offers a salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
