Job Description

Incura Inc. is seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Counselor to lead our patient care team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling a manageable caseload of patients and identifying underlying issues contributing to substance abuse.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage a defined caseload of patients, ensuring timely and personalized support
    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify core issues driving substance abuse behavior

    • Cultivate strong relationships with patients and their families, fostering a supportive environment for growth and recovery
  • Qualifications:
    • Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations
    • A compassionate and upbeat personality, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
    • Experience working in substance abuse counseling or a related field is highly desirable
