Our facility is a modern 16,000 sq ft establishment, dedicated to providing exceptional care and service for pets. We are expanding our operations and looking for dedicated individuals to support our growth.

The ideal candidates will be proactive and passionate about building client relationships, understanding the importance of teamwork in a supportive environment.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The Client Service Associate will engage in various administrative tasks that contribute to outstanding pet care and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions;
  • Managing financial transactions;
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives;

Qualifications

  • A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience consistently;
  • Prior experience in the veterinary field is preferred;
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting;
  • A friendly, positive demeanor and enjoyment in working collaboratively with others;
  • Flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed;
