We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at King's Daughters. As an LPN-Outpatient, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients under the direct supervision of Physicians and Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners (APRNs).
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for physician and/or APRN visits by obtaining vital signs, chief complaint, past medical history, medication history, and updates.
- Effectively manage patient movement throughout the medical practice to ensure timely rooming, turnover, and patient flow.
- Provide basic patient care as ordered, including administering medications and monitoring treatment progress.
- Document assessment and effectiveness of interventions.
- Lead the day-to-day work of the team as a Lead LPN.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
- Active LPN license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and/or Ohio.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification.

Physical Demands- Occasionally required to maintain a stationary position (standing or sitting).
