Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at King's Daughters. As an LPN-Outpatient, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients under the direct supervision of Physicians and Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners (APRNs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for physician and/or APRN visits by obtaining vital signs, chief complaint, past medical history, medication history, and updates.
  • Effectively manage patient movement throughout the medical practice to ensure timely rooming, turnover, and patient flow.
  • Provide basic patient care as ordered, including administering medications and monitoring treatment progress.
  • Document assessment and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Lead the day-to-day work of the team as a Lead LPN.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
  • Active LPN license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and/or Ohio.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification.
Working Environment

Physical Demands
