Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Director of Rehabilitation to join our growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the leader of our rehabilitation team, overseeing all aspects of clinical programs.
  • Collaborate with facility and regional managers to ensure seamless care plan meetings.
  • Develop and implement new programs to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with screening policies and documentation procedures.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Rehabilitation Director or similar leadership role.
  • Strong clinical background, with expertise in developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including facility staff and management.
