About the Role

We're looking for a strategic brand lead to oversee our Home Brands vertical, including Martha Stewart, Sur La Table, and Emeril Lagasse. This role will drive growth through brand extensions, impactful marketing, and direct consumer engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Maximize opportunities with licensing partners.
  • Drive business growth through direct and licensee relationships, merchandising ideas, and coordinated marketing activities.
  • Oversee P&L responsibility for the Home vertical, including licensing, product development, retail distribution, e-commerce development, and execution.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all categories.

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in product, merchandising, and marketing, with a background in home category management.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Results-driven, creative leader with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial personality with a self-starter attitude, ability to think and act like an owner, and drive business growth.
  • Strong market awareness, industry trends, and fashion-forward ideas.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present and support a point of view.
  • Team player with leadership, training, and motivation capabilities.
  • Basic financial principles knowledge and sales trend analysis.
