Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and verify features from specification through synthesis, ensuring seamless integration with our existing technology.
  • RTL-Level Design: Implement product features at the RTL-level targeting silicon implementation, leveraging industry-strength digital design tools.
  • Verification and Testing: Build unit testbench infrastructure to verify implemented features, ensuring comprehensive testing and validation.
  • Memory System Design: Design memory systems and digital integration of memory macros, including SRAM, MRAM, and others, to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Interface Design: Interface design components with external/vendor-provided IP, ensuring smooth integration and compatibility.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Provide comprehensive feature and integration documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 7+ years of digital design experience with substantial experience designing for tape-out, running a digital design flow using industry-strength digital design and EDA tools.
  • Skills: Experience with designing and implementing features in RTL, integrating digital IP with RTL-level implementations, pre-silicon verification, continuous integration and testing of digital designs, version control, and scripting languages (Python preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's or PhD preferred.
