Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Legal Officer at GetuWell. The Chief Legal Officer will oversee all legal matters, deliver guidance on labor and employment law, provide legal counsel, manage data privacy issues, navigate healthcare law with a focus on litigation, and ensure compliance with corporate governance on a daily basis.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Legal Issues and Legal Counsel
  • Expertise in Labor and Employment Law
  • Knowledge of Data Privacy Regulations
  • Experience in Corporate Governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution
  • Active membership in the state bar and in good standing
