Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage and direct daily activities of supervisors and lead personnel, guiding indirect associates as needed.
- Production Oversight: Oversee the daily manufacturing process, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded, and implementing quality-control programs.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement activities through change management processes and best practices.
- Resource Utilization: Optimize resource utilization by implementing an effective production organization.
- Leadership and Development: Work with managers to implement company policies and goals, ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed, and develop and track improvement in reduction of planned production hours.
- Supervisory Management: Manage and direct daily activities of supervisors and lead personnel, guiding indirect associates as needed.
- Shift Leadership: Manage production shift leaders (up to 3 shifts 5x per week).
- Plant Leadership: Be an active and engaged member of the Plant Leadership Team, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of production units.
