Vacation Ownership Sales Professional

At Wyndham Destinations, we're seeking experienced professionals to join our high-performing team as Vacation Ownership Sales Representatives. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a luxury brand, develop your sales skills, and build a successful career in the vacation ownership industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers, showcasing the benefits of vacation ownership and our award-winning resorts.
- Find common ground with prospective timeshare owners, generating sales through effective transactions and closing techniques.
- Communicate the value of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, highlighting our unique offerings and resort experiences.
- Work with prequalified leads, provided by the company, to drive sales and meet performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales and career training, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Initial paid training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
- Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
- General smart device skills and proficiency in sales and/or marketing.
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or be willing to obtain one.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $200,000 per year.
