About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at St. Joseph Hospital-Orange. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality patient care, working closely with our Radiation Oncology team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer radiation therapy treatments and simulation procedures to patients as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist.
  • Coordinate and prepare radiation therapy treatments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Radiation Oncology team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all patients.
Requirements
  • Satisfactory completion of a program of formal education in radiation therapy.
  • National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
  • California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire, or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in radiation therapy.
  • Prior experience working with pediatric patients.
