- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts.
- Determine project pricing based on established guidelines and negotiate fees or services with clients as approved by management.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering proof of performance (POP) as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and resolving any issues promptly.
- Travel extensively to meet with clients, showcase outdoor media sites, and participate in industry events.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 2+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in media sales or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
- Account Management: Building long-term relationships with customers, developing business, and maximizing revenue while reducing costs.
