Role Overview

In the capacity of an Admissions Application Processor, you will be instrumental in assessing and managing admission applications to further our enrollment objectives. Your duties will encompass the evaluation and upkeep of student records while offering support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and process admission applications and associated documentation
  • Maintain accurate student and departmental records
  • Establish the admission status of applicants
  • Verify college transcripts and GPA
  • Provide assistance to prospective students and stakeholders
  • Generate communications for applicants
  • Facilitate training for new team members

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM admission systems
  • Understanding of university policies and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer service focus
