Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Rancho de los Caballeros. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, developing and implementing HR strategies, and providing guidance and support to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Compensation and Classification: Develop and implement compensation and classification strategies to ensure fair and equitable pay practices.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Operations: Manage and coordinate HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee data management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, labor laws, and benefits laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation and classification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement HR strategies and provide guidance and support to management and employees.
