We are seeking a skilled Conversation Designer to join our team and help us develop a new conversational interactive voice recognition (IVR) bot for our call center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to guide and craft the customer experience into a conversational bot.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure better understanding and interactive conversation.
  • Develop documentation to create content and turn requirements into a foundation for what gets built.
  • Design and develop conversational flows for our IVR bot.
  • Work with our UX/UI team to ensure seamless integration with our chatbot.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience with VUI design.
  • Linguistics experience.
  • English major.
  • Customers experience background.
  • Experience designing bots.
  • Work with Kore.AI or AI experience in general.
  • Leadership/team lead experience (desire to help others learn).
