Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide professional representation of our company through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, ensuring exceptional service is provided to our customers and clients.
  • New Loss Intake: Accurately intake new losses, create comprehensive job files, and efficiently assign the necessary participants to ensure prompt and extraordinary service delivery.
  • After Hours Intake: Participate in the on-call rotation to communicate with customers, intake new jobs, and dispatch the after-hours team as required, ensuring customers receive timely support even outside regular business hours.
  • Customer Feedback: Collaborate in overseeing customer feedback surveys, online reviews, and social media platforms, effectively tracking feedback and ensuring timely closure of customer concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills: Professional, courteous, empathetic, and exceptional communication skills in phone, email, and in-person interactions with customers.

Compensation:

$23.00 per hour
