Academic Governance Leader

Pansophia Academy is seeking dedicated individuals to serve on our Board of Education. As a School Board Member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our institution and contributing to the education of our students.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to serving the community. If you are interested in making a positive impact on the lives of our students and contributing to the success of our Academy, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the Academy's administration and staff
- Make informed decisions regarding the Academy's policies and procedures
- Oversee the Academy's finances and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Engage in strategic planning and goal-setting for the Academy
- Represent the Academy in the community and promote its mission and values
- Commit to serving a one to four (1-4) year term
- Knowledge of the Academy's mission, vision, and policies
- Ability to attend and participate in monthly board meetings
- Willingness to prepare for meetings by reviewing board packets and financial documents
- Ability to represent the Academy in a positive and professional manner
