Overview

Automotive Development Group, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced Technical Equipment Specialist to join their team. This full-time position will be responsible for installing, servicing, and inspecting automotive lifts, fluid distribution, compressed air, overhead fans, and other equipment.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. The company also offers a Paid Training Program where the technician can earn an additional $5,250 as training is completed at their own pace.

Job Description

This position will involve:

  • Service all facets of an automotive service shop, including air compressors, air tubing, electrical component troubleshooting, in-ground and above ground vehicle lifts, hydraulic power plants and piping, pneumatic air pumps, regulators, and associated equipment.

  • Bulk oil deliver systems: computer-based, manually operated, etc.

  • Various kinds of piping service, maintenance, and installation: carbon steel, PVC, aluminum, galvanized.

  • Servicing bulk oil tanks.

  • Used fluid storage systems with electronic alarm systems.

  • Under-slab PVC installations, exhaust removal, chase lines.

  • Overhead shop fans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of basic mechanical knowledge and experience, as well as electrical component experience.

  • A current valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
