Medical Screener

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Screener to join our team at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma donations.

• Register new and current donors and conduct a series of screening procedures to determine suitability for plasma donation
• Maintain compliance with SOP, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service to donors, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Conduct daily calibration of equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining donor record files and inputting information into the donor management computer software
• Perform cashier duties related to payment of donor fees
• Report quality issues and procedural deviations to Quality Assurance and Management

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
• General computer skills
• Licensure required by the state of employment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and follow protocol
