Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming residents and their guests, ensuring a warm and inclusive atmosphere
  • Managing building access, including monitoring the emergency call system and responding to emergencies
  • Providing assistance with packages and other tasks as needed
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of emergencies and other important events
  • Participating in regular rounds to maintain the security and integrity of the premises

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • AED, CPR, and First Aid certifications required, or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
  • Previous experience in a related role preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems
