Job Summary:

Eventide Senior Living Communities is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Floor Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain various types of floor surfaces, including hard floors and carpeted floors.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and staff work areas.
  • Restock housekeeping carts, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and toilet tissue dispensers throughout the campus.
  • Assist with dining room clean-up process as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or floor care experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 80 hours per pay period. Hours are 7:00a to 3:30p, with no weekends or holiday rotation.
