We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hospital Valet Team Member to join our team at Mercy Medical Plaza in Des Moines. As a key member of our Hospitality and Valet Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care services, ensuring a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide exceptional valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings.
- Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, including photos of vehicle, condition, and other records as needed.
- Over 18 years old
- Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
- High school diploma or GED required
- Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license (no permits or probationary licenses)
- Have driven and maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Base pay: $14/hour
