About SARAH Tuxis

SARAH Tuxis is a leading provider of adult services, supporting over 100 individuals with 220 staff across various settings. Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed choices about their lives and create opportunities for them to realize their dreams while keeping strong ties to their families, friends, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  2. Manage medical needs and appointments, including coordination with healthcare providers
  3. Ensure effective financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting
  4. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the group home

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in residential program management, preferably with DDS experience. A sign-on bonus is available.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
