Job Summary:
Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking qualified candidates for part-time biology instructor positions. As a member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses and contribute to the academic success of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Teach biology courses, including lecture and laboratory sections
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students
- Stay current with developments in the field of biology and incorporate relevant technologies and pedagogies into your teaching
Requirements:
- Masters degree in biology or a related field (or) a Masters degree with 18 graduate hours in biology or a related field
- Experience teaching biology courses at the college level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Online teaching experience
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment
