Job Summary

As a skilled and compassionate Comprehensive Nursing Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in our dynamic Emergency Department. With a focus on delivering goal-focused, age-specific, and culturally sensitive care, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Participate in department meetings, in-services, and seminars to stay current with best practices and new developments in the field

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment plans

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) and/or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree from an accredited school of nursing required

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska or active Paramedic license in the State of Nebraska

Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
