Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to execute tailored behavior intervention plans in various settings, including clients' homes and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to clients' residences and community locations to provide direct services.
  • Engage in one-on-one interactions with children and adolescents to implement behavioral strategies.
  • Involve families and caregivers in therapeutic sessions as outlined in the treatment plan.
  • Accurately document and collect data on client progress and service delivery.
  • Receive continuous guidance and mentorship from GOALS supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in childcare or working with special needs populations is advantageous.
