Job Overview

The Clinical Team Lead - Regional Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Staffing department. This includes scheduling employees to ensure sufficient coverage of staff for all shifts within primary care clinics. The successful candidate will perform various supervisory duties, requiring excellent organizational and management skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Review applicant resumes and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and retain valuable employees
• Ensure smooth operation of the Staffing department

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited LVN school with a current LVN license issued by the State of California
• One to two years' experience in a medical office environment, preferably with staff scheduling experience
• One to two years' supervisory experience, preferred
• Prior experience with a scheduling software, preferred
• Must maintain current BLS certification
• IV Certification required

Compensation

$74,660.07 - $93,325.09 annually. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives. AltaMed offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization.
