Job Summary

As a Field Technician, you will be representing DISH in customers' homes daily, delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. We build our value by simplifying lives and using the DISH install to consult homeowners on their infinite smart home possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Build rapport quickly with customers to provide an excellent customer experience
* Stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within the individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs
* Crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
* Travel may be required

Requirements

* Aptitude to build rapport quickly with customers
* Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within the individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs
* Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
* Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standard
* Travel may be required

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $17.75/Hour

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, to include a drug test and an acceptable driving record. Compensation listed may reflect a combination of hourly pay rate and location pay differential.
