Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Director to join our team at Cooper Connect. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and leading a high-performing team to deliver remarkable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational excellence by coordinating with other leaders to achieve remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant.
  • Build high-performance teams by identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations.
  • Manage a team of 100+ by creating an inspiring vision, coaching, and holding people accountable to high standards.
  • Increase profitability by implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales.
  • Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food and team safety.
  • Work cross-functionally with other department leaders to achieve high-level collaborative goals.

Requirements

  • 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Hospitality experience (preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing others.
  • Passion for Cooper Connect's values.
