Job Description

Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England seeks highly motivated individuals to facilitate programs for girls in school and community center settings. As a Program Facilitator, you will prepare and lead fun, hands-on activities to build girls' self-esteem and leadership skills. Training, program curriculum, and materials will be provided by GSSNE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend all program trainings and adhere to lesson plans using provided materials
  • Facilitate programs at assigned sites, maintaining accurate records and communicating with the Program Manager
  • Help build girls of courage, confidence, and character, and ensure their health and safety
  • Coordinate with program site staff and travel to local sites as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, with experience working with children a plus
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation
Schedule
