We are currently in search of a committed and skilled Site Construction Manager to lead a critical bridge construction initiative in Texas. This position is vital for ensuring the project's successful delivery while upholding safety standards and achieving outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage all on-site construction operations related to stay cable installation.
  • Supervise the implementation of fire protection systems to guarantee adherence to safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Oversee the lifting and installation of piping, ensuring compliance with all safety measures.
  • Track project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Perform regular site evaluations to confirm that work is executed to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Construction Manager on significant construction projects, especially in bridge construction.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with stay cable installations, fire protection systems, and pipe handling.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
