UI/UX Designer

Rhombus Power is a cutting-edge startup that's transforming the defense and global security industries with its innovative AI platform, Guardian. We're seeking a highly motivated UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing team and help deliver complex enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
- Conduct research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design handoffs and implementation
- Identify opportunities for design and process improvements and drive their implementation
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design language and style guide
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills
- Experience creating prototypes and wireframes for complex web applications
- Fluency in best practices for human-centered design and usability principles
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Strong time-management skills and ability to self-manage effectively in a remote environment
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Security Clearance
- Relevant degree in Design, HCD, HCI, or similar
- Experience with visualization of quantitative information
- Familiarity with graphing libraries such as Highcharts
- Advanced Figma skills, including Variables, Tokens, and Logical operations
- Functional experience with web front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Leaflet, and React
