Position Overview:

The Ladders is in search of a Financial Strategy Consultant to enhance a portfolio of clients by collaborating with affiliated CPAs. The Consultant will partner with a Financial Service Assistant to address client financial requirements and deliver services including tax-efficient strategies, comprehensive financial planning, retirement solutions, and insurance alternatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with partner CPA firms
  • Collaborate with CPAs to generate client referrals for a range of financial services
  • Create Investment Policy Statements and assess client requirements
  • Deliver timely reports to clients and partners
  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients and existing customers
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and financial planning tools
  • Required FINRA Series 7/66 or 63/65 combination
  • Preferred CFP certification and relevant insurance licenses
