Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process and applicant tracking system from requisition approval to candidate onboarding.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Utilize various databases and LinkedIn with Boolean search techniques to source candidates.
  • Design and implement innovative advertising and outreach strategies to effectively connect with your target candidate demographic.
  • Engage in problem-solving, cold calling, and brainstorming to successfully fill challenging positions.
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively in both written and verbal formats with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners, ensuring organized and accurate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define essential job qualifications and skills, develop sourcing strategies, and evaluate candidates. Guide and coach managers in identifying and securing top talent for their teams while promoting equitable hiring practices.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Assess, plan, and recommend improvements to the recruitment function and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
