Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Ogden Clinic. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient flow, and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Register Patients: Welcome patients, verify demographic and insurance information, and prepare fee tickets.
  • Manage Patient Flow: Coordinate patient appointments, manage waitlists, and ensure a smooth flow of patients through the clinic.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collect Payments and Balances: Collect co-payments, balances due, and other payments from patients.
