Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead and oversee our service team in Marysville, WA. As the primary contact for repair challenges, you will ensure that all service work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service shop and supervise a team of truck technicians.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisor role, including training new technicians.
  • 3+ years of experience working on heavy trucks.
  • Knowledge of computer diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Salary Range: $34.48 - $51.72 per hour. This salary range is estimated based on the location and industry standards.
