Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Executive Director of Operations** to join our team.     • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all staff members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Identify and develop talent within the organization to ensure succession planning.
  • Shared Vision
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working towards a common goal.
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, staff, and senior management.
  • Financial Expectations & Process Management
    • Manage store budgets and financial performance to ensure that all financial targets are met.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
    • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
