  • Provide patrons with information about facility features, rules, and operational procedures.

  • Conduct routine cleaning to ensure a tidy and organized pool area.
  • Promptly report any equipment malfunctions and maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
  • Execute emergency protocols as necessary and collaborate with emergency services when required.
  • Ensure all pool equipment, including safety devices and recreational items, is well-maintained.
  • Organize and store equipment for easy access and utilization.
  • Keep the pool area fully stocked with towels and covers at all times.
  • Perform laundry duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience as a lifeguard or pool attendant is preferred.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to enforce rules and maintain composure during emergencies.
  • Physical capacity to perform tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and responding to emergencies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Lifeguard certification or relevant training is highly desirable.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

REASONING ABILITY:
