About the Role

The Transformation Manager is a key position within The Mosaic Company, responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and sustainment of the Transformation Program across various sites. This role requires a strong leader who can provide technical insights and business knowledge to ensure timely implementation of Transformation initiatives with full value capture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Program Execution: Oversee the development, execution, and sustainment of the Transformation Program according to schedule and budget. Ensure timely implementation of Transformation initiatives with full value capture.
  • Technical Alternatives: Help local teams identify technical and/or operational alternatives to increase productivity/reliability.
  • Agility and Synergies: Provide agility in the issues that the transformation teams may have synergies and transformation initiatives related.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead teams to focus on key priorities and ensure the delivery of transformation goals. Challenge operations constructively and exercise influential leadership to help identify additional opportunities to improve the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical-related fields. MBA preferred.
  • Certification: Certification in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years relevant industrial experience; demonstrated leadership and management experience with an understanding of the dynamics of interpersonal relationships.
  • Skills: Very strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to use fact-based and well-thought-out arguments to challenge all levels or change behavior/techniques as required.
  • Travel: 20% - 30% travel required.
