Job SummaryThe RN Resident coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' This role serves as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to support an unparalleled patient experience.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
- Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
- No previous experience needed.
