Key Responsibilities- Design and implement advanced signal processing algorithms for data analysis and real-time operations.
- Enhance signal processing systems to achieve superior performance and precision.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate signal processing solutions into comprehensive systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of signal processing systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in signal processing methodologies.
- Establish and execute verification and validation strategies for system requirements.
- Review relevant literature, patents, and current practices to inform project solutions.
- Define analytical methods, perform independent research, and present findings effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of test documentation for inclusion in evaluation reports.
- Conduct complex investigations, analyses, and tests.
- Perform failure analysis and develop corrective actions.
- Create and present technical white papers and executive briefings.
- Contribute to the development of program technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Support the formulation of technical program plans, identifying milestones and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer, Software, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related STEM field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in signal processing algorithm development, testing, and evaluation.
- Strong expertise in signal processing, including algorithms, filters, and transformations.
- Familiarity with digital signal processing techniques and their practical applications.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles related to Global Navigation, Satellite Systems (GNSS), RF communications, measurement techniques, and error correction.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C++, and VHDL.
- Able to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Eligibility to obtain a SECRET clearance.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Experience with hardware implementation of signal processing algorithms is advantageous.
