Job Summary: We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Associate to join our team at the Gettysburg Shop. As a Seasonal Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
* Support sales efforts, including processing transactions and handling customer returns
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve store performance

Requirements:

* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous retail experience preferred
* Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
