POSITION OVERVIEW

The Food and Beverage Support team plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and functionality of dining areas and kitchens. This position involves preparing food items, setting up service areas, and delivering menu selections to guests. The attendant will be responsible for tasks such as clearing tables, stocking supplies, washing dishes, preparing and serving food, and providing assistance to kitchen personnel as required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Exceptional customer service abilities are essential.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Physical ability to lift weights up to 30 pounds.
  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous.
  • Experience in food service is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues, supervisors, and patrons are necessary.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all Food and Beverage areas, both public and private.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
  • Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.
  • Support cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Deliver outstanding and efficient service to guests.
  • Prepare and stock the service station for daily operations.
  • Serve pre-prepared menu items as requested.
  • Assist in the proper storage of food inventory.
  • Help kitchen staff with various tasks as required.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and portion control of all food served.
  • Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Keep food serving stations clean and organized, and perform cleaning duties at the end of service.
  • Regularly clean cooking equipment according to a maintenance schedule.
  • Foster positive communication and teamwork with colleagues and supervisors.
