Job Title: Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Prelude Fertility. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and treatments.
  • Take patient history, vital signs, and perform phlebotomy as needed.
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently in our electronic medical records system.
  • Organize and maintain exam and treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain electronic patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Requirements:
  • Medical Assistant certification or at least 2 years of equivalent experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding skills and experience with electronic medical records.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality.
